Brown Sugar & Honey Amber Ale - Batch 4

Off to a late start, first batch with the shiny new kettle and frustrating counter-flow chiller.
Grains:
- 1.5 lb. 2-Row American barley malt
- .25 lb. Victory malt
- .5 lb. Crystal malt
- .5 lb. Brittish caramalt
- .25 lb. Brittish Amber
Hops:
- .5 oz. Centenial whole hops (bittering) + 1 oz. @ 10 mins (aroma)
- .5 oz. Crystal whole hops (bittering) + 1 oz. @ 5 mins (aroma)
Other:
- 3 lb. Briess Gold DME
- 1.25 lb. brown sugar
- 1.25 C. honey (bottling)
